" I can not thank D. Martel Plumbing enough for saving me $1400. I had an issue with our new home - the sewer line was plugged and overflowing into our front yard. The first plumber I called came out and said my line was broken, and they would have to dig at least 4 feet down to get to the line. The estimate was $1400. I was a little suspicious given they made the diagnosis without a camera to confirm. Rather, he tried the snake and kept hitting dirt. I called D. Martel Plumbing for another opinion. They told me to hold off on using this guy, and asked if they could come take a look. They came out immediately and within minutes told me 1) they did not agree that there was a broken line, and 2) where the line was clogged was not my responsibility!! We called El Dorado Irrigation District, they came out to assess, and then they unclogged the line free of charge!!!!!! Thank you D. Martel for your honesty and integrity.
