I called D Martel to repair a pipe that had cracked from the cold. Called them at 12:30 pm. Talked with Jackie. She said that she would call back within 10 minutes as she was swamped with calls. She did call back right away.I explained the problem and she said someone would be at my house in 2 to 4 hours. They would call 20 min before arrival. In 1.5 hours I got a call. They were on time, clean and very profesional. They did what they said they would do at a reasonable price. Jackie and both Dans get my vote |

My husband and I were stuck whether or not to use the previous plumbing company that we had used in the past, who seemed to have decent service but nothing too satisfying, to get our water heater replaced. We decided to ask around before we made the decision and after we kept hearing how great the service of Martel Plumbing was, we decided to try them out. I am completely and 100% satisfied with the work they have done and definitely will tell all my friends and neighbors about them so they can continue to grow. They were expedient and professional with the work performed and the worker was so polite and reassuring. Thank you again Martel Plumbing! And the next time I need a plumber who won't drive me crazy, you are the first on my list! |

We did a remodel on our bathroom and to our surprise we needed a plumber to help with the plumbing. I called them and left a message asking if they could be out the next day to help. They delivered with speedy service and excellent work the very next day. On time, efficiency and friendly service. We couldn't have had a bathroom without their help. This family owned company is always available and is very reliable. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to you. |

We had a plumbing problem during the weekend, so when I called on late Sunday afternoon I didn't expect anyone to answer. To my surprise I had a very nice woman pick up and get me all setup for an appointment the next morning!
